Muffler Brothers is a dealer-first brand. Every can moves through a real local shop — not a warehouse, not a mail-order desk. Founding dealers earn real wholesale margin, priority allocation, and full marketing support.
Muffler Brothers doesn't operate a mail-order desk. Every suppressor — direct order or dealer sale — transfers through a real local FFL/SOT. The dealer network is core to the go-to-market plan: your shop earns the transfer, the shelf traffic, and the follow-on accessory and service sale, whether the buyer came in the door or picked you at checkout on our site.
SOCOM-tested platform. Every number we publish — meter, method, and conditions. Two-piece serviceable design means fewer warranty returns and a customer who comes back for accessories.
Three-tier wholesale structure starting with zero commitment and scaling with volume. Real dealer economics, protected by MAP pricing and enforced across all channels.
Muffler Brothers sells direct at mufflerbros.com and through authorized dealers — not through a national mail-order warehouse. Every online order picks an FFL/SOT at checkout, so buyers still walk into a shop for the Form 4, and the follow-on sale stays with you.
New models and limited runs are offered to authorized dealers before they go on the public site. First shipment goes to your shelf, not to a queue.
Display units, printed catalogs, high-resolution assets, and range-day support. No forced signage, no gaudy retail kits — everything ships paper-and-matte-black so it fits your store.
No dealer portal, no support ticket queue. You get a phone number and a name. Warranty, orders, and questions handled directly out of Aberdeen.
Muffler Brothers isn't chasing shelf space at the biggest retailers. We're looking for dealers whose customers ask for suppressors by name — shops that value engineering, honest data, and clean design as much as we do.
Physical shops with an established suppressor customer base. SOT required.
Curated e-comm operations with a real editorial voice. Not marketplaces, not price-comparison sites.
Shooting facilities and instructor programs that put suppressors in customers' hands. Rental integration supported.
Shops running builds where a serviceable, HUB-compatible can matters. Direct-tech contact on gas architecture questions.
Founding-dealer terms are open now. Send us your business email, and one of our reps will follow up with a program overview, pricing sheet, and next steps for FFL/SOT verification.
Consumers buy direct at mufflerbros.com. At checkout the buyer picks their FFL/SOT dealer — by ATF ZIP search or by uploading their dealer's FFL — and Muffler Brothers ships the can to that shop. The dealer files the Form 4 with the buyer and transfers the can on ATF approval. Every sale routes through a real local dealer.
Three tiers: Non-Stocking (no minimum, immediate access), Stocking (initial buy-in required), and Prime (annual volume threshold). Wholesale pricing and requirements for each tier are shared with your rep on application. Status is reviewed annually; any mix of Veil, Cloak, Overwatch, or Saboteur counts toward the volume threshold — no SKU quotas.
Lifetime warranty on the core against defects in materials and workmanship, transferable with the serial. Dealers get direct RMA handling — no consumer-portal handoff. Defective units are replaced or serviced within 10 business days of receipt at our Aberdeen facility.
Opening orders: prepay. After three completed orders in good standing, Net-30 terms are available on approved credit. We're payment-processor agnostic — ACH, wire, and card all supported.
Yes. Non-functional cutaway display units are available to authorized dealers for showroom use.
Timeline from application to first shipment averages 10–14 business days: two days for our reply, three to five days for FFL/SOT verification and paperwork, three to five days for opening-order fulfillment. Faster for established Class 3 shops with clean documentation.
Founding-dealer terms won't stay open forever. Once the network is built out, new dealers come in at standard pricing tiers.
